Our Team

NADJI Architects Ltd. is a broadminded and contemporary team of architects that focuses on architecture and design. Founded in 2002 by Kayhan Nadji, We work in the fields of industrial design, residential architecture, commercial interiors, public space, large scale urban planning. For us, architecture is not a matter of a certain style or form, but more importantly its adaptability to the local context, its social life and its users. It is our aim to create social interaction through all our projects.

We are owned and operate out of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. We are experienced in Northern climate and environmental conditions, catering to community interest and the need for well-designed infrastructure. We provide design and building science services to a variety of clients, including governments, aboriginal organizations, private sector businesses, and residential developers.

All projects are developed in project teams, made up of a mix of senior and junior architects, which are led by our principal architect. Cross-disciplinary teamwork is essential in our working method and each project team cooperates with a wide range of external experts in order to obtain the best opportunities and potential towards finding innovative solutions in each particular project.

Designing a building is more than simply constructing a structurally sound infrastructure; it is about creating a space that meets both functional and aesthetic needs of its end user. Teamwork and coordination, among all building disciplines and the client, is established throughout the design process by our architectural team and consultants to meet those needs.
